Book an appointment with our team to assess the property and finalize your selections.
Our team will email you an invoice for a 50% deposit. Once paid, manufacturing begins for the Christmas season!
We will request the remaining balance one week prior to installation. All balances are due 24 hours before installation.
Sit back and enjoy! Installations take place in the first week of November.
After the new year, our team will disassemble your light tunnel and store it away for next season!

A Light Tunnel consists of several Arches linked together to create a luminous tunnel of light. Each Arch is carefully hand-wrapped with Green Christmas garland and light strands that reflect the colors and pattern you choose.
Will I need to install the Light Tunnel myself?
Will I need to install the Light Tunnel myself?
No! Our dedicated team installs the Light Tunnel in early November and dismantles them after the New Year. Let us do the heavy work while you sit back and enjoy the holiday season.
How are they stored?
How are they stored?
All Light Tunnels are kept in climate-controlled storage throughout the year in order to maintain the highest quality possible.
What if the color combination I want isn't listed?

If a color combination isn't listed, you can choose the Customize Your Own Strand option to craft a light strand of up to 4 different colors.
(Note: This option depends on inventory. Availability is guaranteed if Light Tunnel package is purchased by 08/01.)

Please do not tether any incandescent lights (glass bulbs that use a filament to produce light) to the installation. This measure is taken to prevent exceeding the maximum wattage capacity of the extension cords, thereby reducing the risk of a potential fire hazard.

Yes! We will first need to obtain permission and property information from your neighbor so that your Light Tunnel can extend onto their property for the holiday season.
